I sometimes forget what century I’m in. The Heritage, the ship on the left, was only built in 1983, and the Angelique in 1980, so they’re relatively new boats built specifically for the Maine schooner industry. Though, put them next to either the Lewis R. French or Victory Chimes (launched in 1871 and 1900 respectively), you would be forgiven for thinking you just got thrown back in time. Happens to me fairly often.
